Keith D. Routsong
Fortress Law & Realty is a company founded by Keith D. Routsong, a licensed attorney and former real estate salesperson. Fortress provides exceptional service whether it be in reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts, conducting probate sales and administration, or in providing proper estate planning to safeguard your real property for the benefit of your loved ones. Keith has extensive experience with real estate transactions, estate planning, probate administration, powers of attorney, trust law, and changes to legal names and gender markers.
As an Attorney, Keith has been involved in contested probate, trust, and guardianship matters. He has also participated extensively in preparing and litigating contested issues before the Nevada 8th Judicial District Probate Court and Family Court. He has previous experience in business litigation, creditor negotiations, probate sales, and settlement proceedings. Additionally, Keith completed a special emphasis in real estate transactions during his legal education and is fluent in Portuguese.
